Delete Account & Data
A clear way to request permanent deletion.
You can request deletion of your RE Freelancer Community account and associated personal data at any time.
How to request deletion
- Email support@refreelancer.com from the email used for your account.
- Use the subject “Delete my account and data”.
- We will verify that the request belongs to the account owner before processing it.
What is deleted
After verification, the request covers the account profile and associated workspace and client records, client records, workspace content, and stored integration connections under the account, subject to technical backup cycles and legal retention requirements.
What may be retained
Limited fraud-prevention, security, dispute, or compliance records may be retained when legally required. They will remain restricted and will not be used for normal product activity.
Disconnect Meta immediately
Before full deletion, you may open Campaigns → Meta Integration → Disconnect Meta to remove the stored connection and stop future synchronization. You can also remove the app in Facebook Settings → Business Integrations.
